Jeffrey V. Dermksian, MD
Dr. Dermksian is a graduate of Columbia University College and Physicians & Surgeons in New York City. He completed an
internship in General Surgery at Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey and an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at St.
Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. Dr. Dermksian is the Associate Director of Orthopaedic Surgery
and a Senior Attending of Orthopaedic Surgery at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center. He holds an academic appointment of
Assistant Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Columbia University.
Dr. Dermksian is Board Certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow with the American Academy
of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is a member of the New York State Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons, New York County Medical
Society, Medical Society of the State of New York and the Phi Lambda Upsilon Chemical Society.
Dr. Dermksian's orthopaedic interests are in Sports Medicine and Foot/Ankle surgery. He has served as one of the team
physicians for Columbia University and the Horace Mann School in Riverdale, New York. Dr. Dermksian is involved in
Biomedical Engineering research at Columbia University's School of Engineering. Dr. Dermksian holds medical licenses in
both New York and New Jersey.
